Prior to placing flasks in furnace for burnout, place flasks in the Steam Wax Eliminator and in 45 minutes 95% of wax is removed from flasks.
This process eliminates corrosive and offensive smoke and odors during burnout without affecting investment.
Wax is collected in the water and is easily removed when water cools.
Cuts burnout time by as much as one hour.
Will hold 3 perforated flasks 3-3/8" dia. x 4" long (8.5 cm dia. x 10 cm long).
Has 1-hour timer, power on light and water drain.

For production casting operations, the WW Industrial Steam Wax Eliminator has very large capacity.
Like our smaller wax eliminators, this unit will remove over 90% of the wax from invested flasks in one hour.
And with a capacity of 16 perforated flasks 4" dia. x 7" long (10 cm dia. x 18 cm long).
This unit drastically reduces the amount of corrosive smoke and offensive odors which normally occur during burnout.
