Models vary in sizes and dimensions. So, they require different mold frames when making rubber molds. The key point to choose appropriate mold frames lies in choosing a mold frame that can keep the models at a distance of 1/2” (13mm) from the sides and 3/4” (19mm) from the top.

The specially designed two-piece mold frames allow no cutting molds after vulcanization. Just put some talcum powder and a piece of paper in between upper and lower molds to keep them from contacting each other before heating, then the upper mold and the lower mold can be opened easily along paper without any cutting.
