For removing oxides and fire scale from metal after it has been soldered, cast, annealed, etc. Acid solution is used for pickling, and its cleaning ability is increased if the solution is heated.

These pots keep solution at correct temperature without boiling.

Each has plastic basket with perforated bottom for holding articles while cleaning, then basket can be lifted to remove from solution.
